About the Program:
This is a peer support group for women going through separation and/or divorce. The group will meet on Mondays at 4pm-5pm in person, in our Oakville office for two more sessions. Each session will include discussion and exercises that will help you navigate your journey through separation/divorce, and will be a great way to connect with other women going through a similar experience.
This eventbrite shows that the group is on Monday, June 19th from 4pm-5pm, but signing up for this effectively signs you up for the other session of the group, on Monday, June 26th.
Paula is an Account Executive and has over 15 years of professional experience in the insurance industry.
She began volunteering with The Women’s Centre of Halton in 2021. Her passion is connecting with people using her personal “Life-Lived” experiences and communication skills to cultivate safe environments for vulnerability, resiliency, and empowerment. She has learned firsthand that navigating life’s difficult times, challenges and tribulations can seem overwhelming and champions the benefits of creating a community to share experiences and support each other socially, and emotionally.
Paula is a parent to a young adult and resides in Mississauga. When not working you can find her planning her next “Life Enhancing Adventure”, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the simplicity of a walk/hike.
