In each session, we will be facilitating breathwork, meditation, and a discussion that focuses on the emotion of the day. You will learn about that emotion, and tools for how to deal with that emotion when you feel it arise.
Sessions will take place April 3, 17, May 1, 15, 29, and June 12 from 11am – 1pm in our Oakville office!
