In each session, Alana will be facilitating breathwork, meditation, and a discussion that focuses on the emotion of the day. You will learn about that emotion, and tools for how to deal with that emotion when you feel it arise.
Alana is the founder of Monkey Minds. A non for profit with the intention to help those who are struggling with their own “monkey mind”. She teaches stress reduction, emotional resilience and mental health skills. She wants to foster a sense of warmth and community in her classes. A place where people will feel safe to share if they wish.
