Four Pillars of Health

C’est La Vie Wellness is joining us to discuss the 4 pillars of health: nutrition, sleep, mental health, and movement.

This workshop will be held twice:

Once online (on zoom) on October 18th from 2pm-3pm.

Once in person (Oakville office) on October 19th from 2pm-3pm.

Danika & Sofie from C’est La Vie Wellness will be discussing the importance of sleep and mental health barriers to sleep, how to nourish your body, check-ins and practice for emotional overeating, the best movement practices for mind-body-spirit wellness, stress management strategies based on CBT and more!

Dr. Sofie is a naturopathic practitioner who uses individualized treatment plans to guide her patients to optimize their physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual-energetic wellbeing. She is a general practitioner, but focuses her practice on metabolic, gut, skin, and mental health.

Danika is a mental health counsellor, who who combines her psycho-educational and cognitive-behavioural practices to new therapeutic strategies. Danika’s focus at C’est La Vie Wellness is to support children, parents, and individuals by providing them with concrete tools and strategies to cope with their personal challenges.
