Join Kyla, our student therapist, for a weekly workshop on ways to manage depression, anxiety and much more. This is a safe space for women.

Join Kyla, our student therapist, for a weekly workshop exploring mindfulness-based cognitive therapy techniques to help manage anxiety, depression, and stress. Each workshop is designed to stand alone but participants are encouraged to attend all four. Topics include stress management, holistic wellness, self-care, goal setting, decision making and understanding your learning process. We will be holding this workshop in person on Wednesday and on Zoom on Thursday.
