In “Introduction to Meditation,” Shanna will lead a seminar where we briefly discuss the benefits of meditation, with a focus on how meditation helps us turn off our brains and reclaim our own creativity. There will be short, guided meditation periods for those of us wanting to give meditation a try in a safe space.
Shanna is here to remind us to take time for ourselves amongst the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Shanna Palacin has been guiding meditation classes for over a decade – first in Los Angeles, and now here, in Oakville. She loves the way meditation creates a path to peace and quiet inside her own head and heart, and believes everyone deserves an opportunity to learn how to let go of the world’s expectations and rediscover themselves – one breath at a time.
