Meditation is a gentle, easy way to quiet the noise of the world and practice diving into our inner strength. This class will be a one-hour meditation session open to everyone, from beginners to more experienced meditators. Shanna will open the class with a guided meditation and provide support for anyone with questions throughout the class.
Meet Shanna:
Shanna is here to remind us to take time for ourselves amongst the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Shanna Palacin has been guiding meditation classes for over a decade – first in Los Angeles, and now here, in Oakville. She loves the way meditation creates a path to peace and quiet inside her own head and heart, and believes everyone deserves an opportunity to learn how to let go of the world’s expectations and rediscover themselves – one breath at a time. If you’d like to join us for a meditation class, we’d be thrilled to see you at the Halton Women’s Center office on January 4 at 6pm. Feel free to bring your favorite cozy blanket with you to the class.

This workshop will be in person unless there is inclement weather, in which case the workshop will be switched to virtual. Lindsey will send out an email with a zoom link the day of the workshop if there is inclement weather.
