Join Andrea, a Registered Dietician, online on May 17 at 6:30pm to learn some great tips about mindful eating!

Workshop Description:

Mindful eating is the act of bringing full awareness and using all senses to experience food. With so many distractions around us everyday, we are often thinking about everything else but the present. Learning to practice this tool during meal time can improve your eating habits, bring you closer with those you’re sharing a meal with, and just help to enjoy your food more! Join us to learn a few easy tips to adopt mindful eating habits.

Meet Andrea:

Andrea is a passionate Registered Dietitian, dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of others. Andrea has a culinary and nutrition background, specializing in Women’s Health and family nutrition, as well plant-based diets. She strives to provide optimal recommendations and is committed to person-centred care, making goals for each unique individual.
