Mindfulness: Beyond the Buzzword

What does mindfulness really mean? How do we practice it, and even more importantly, why should we practice it? Where does it fit in with meditation?

Angela will use examples and shared experiences, and will work with you to develop mindfulness skills for everyday use, to enhance our resilience to life challenges.

Meet the facilitator.

Angela is a trained facilitator with several years experience providing support and group workshops, she has designed and facilitates an ongoing course on mental health skills. Angela’s career background is entirely different, as a scientist and consultant in pharmaceutical cost-effectiveness.
