Navigating Relationships with Narcissists

May 7 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Explore the challenges posed by the narcissist in your life, and the techniques we can use to empower ourselves and manage the relationship.

It’s difficult to navigate a healthy relationship with people who have strong, persistent narcissistic traits, whether they are partners, family members, or friends.

This workshop will explore what narcissism is, why we are vulnerable to narcissists, how we can change the script, and tools to help us manage a more equal relationship with a narcissist.

For potential attendees, please be clear that for this workshop, narcissism is considered a persistent inflated sense of self, entitlement, need for attention/admiration and lack of empathy.

This is a 4 week closed group starting on May 7th and signing up for this workshop will sign you up for all 4 sessions that take place on May 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. The workshop is the same as the in person workshop that we had in April and therefore the content will be the same.
