This year our New Years Resolution is to work on our personal wellness! If yours is too, you may enjoy this workshop. Even though it is February, it is a great time to give you a boost on your New Years Wellness Resolution, providing you with tips and strategies you can use all year long!
This workshop is about approaching the new year with self compassion and kindness towards ourselves. It includes many different tools that one can take away on their tool box. f you’re dealing with uncertainty or anxiety heading into the new year, this is the place for you! Everything from living the new year more mindfully and learning about the hard emotions we all have. An opportunity to learn more about how to human better in 2023.
About the Facilitator:
Alana Jickling started Monkey Minds with the intention to educate those on stress reduction and emotional resilience. Being human is hard and learning some tools can help make our day to day more manageable. Topics include mindfulness, breathing techniques, meditation, emotional regulation and getting to know how our minds can work for and against us.
