About the Program:
Amanda will lead you through discussions and activities each week that relate to topics such as perspective, affirmations, and defining yourself that help build up your self esteem, which is so important for overall mental health!
Amanda has a unique legal and social work background. She thrives assisting and coaching others in important life skills and choices surrounding their identity, family and social relationships and emotional and behavioral goals. Amanda takes tremendous pride when working with clients by seeking to “connect and understand” rather than “meeting and fixing”. Amanda offers a nonjudgmental, supportive, engaging, open and flexible space. Overall, she’s just a super fun, friendly, and creative gal to connect with!
The event details show that the workshops take place on February 27 and March 6, but this is a 6 week series (every Monday from February 27 to April 3 at 6:30pm). Participants must, however, join by March 6. Please only sign up for February 27 or March 6 (not both); signing up for one of these dates signs you up for all 12 sessions.
