This is a 6 week workshop that meets every Monday at 6:30pm. Participants must join by the second workshop; if you miss the first & second workshop, don’t worry, this program will run again beginning in November!
Amanda will lead you through discussions and activities each week that help build up your self esteem, which is so important for overall mental health!
Amanda has a unique legal and social work background. She thrives assisting and coaching others in important life skills and choices surrounding their identity, family and social relationships and emotional and behavioral goals. Amanda takes tremendous pride when working with clients by seeking to “connect and understand” rather than “meeting and fixing”. Amanda offers a nonjudgmental, supportive, engaging, open and flexible space. Overall, she’s just a super fun, friendly, and creative gal to connect with!
