Self Love Meditation

Join us on February 12th at 6pm in our Oakville office for a special Valentine’s guided meditation class!

This class provides a Valentine’s week opportunity for anyone wanting to give themselves the gift of self-love and self-care. Class will begin with a gentle visualization exercise to help everyone present connect to their own memories of “being in joy.” The hour will also include 20-30 minutes of quiet meditation in a safe and supportive environment, and a few minutes set aside for anyone who would like to ask questions about the class or their own, personal meditation practice.

Meet Shanna:

Shanna is here to remind us to take time for ourselves amongst the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Shanna Palacin has been guiding meditation classes for over a decade – first in Los Angeles, and now here, in Oakville. She loves the way meditation creates a path to peace and quiet inside her own head and heart, and believes everyone deserves an opportunity to learn how to let go of the world’s expectations and rediscover themselves – one breath at a time. If you’d like to join us for a meditation class, we’d be thrilled to see you at the Halton Women’s Center office on February 12th. Feel free to bring your favorite cozy blanket with you to the class.
