Join Andrea, a Registered Dietician, in our ofice on February 22 at 6pm to learn some great tips on maintaining a balanced diet.
This workshop will discuss:
- Eating balanced meals: how to plan and prepare for busy schedules while making sure your meals are nutritious.
- Quick and nutritious snacks: recipe and ingredient ideas to include during snack time.
- Budget-friendly tips and tricks in the kitchen and grocery store.
Meet Andrea:
Andrea is a passionate Registered Dietitian, dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of others. Andrea has a culinary and nutrition background, specializing in Women’s Health and family nutrition, as well plant-based diets. She strives to provide optimal recommendations and is committed to person-centred care, making goals for each unique individual.

This workshop will be in person unless there is inclement weather, in which case the workshop will be switched to virtual. Lindsey will send out an email with a zoom link the day of the workshop if there is inclement weather.
