Meet Angela
Angela is passionate about mental health education, cultivating community, and researching health inequities. She graduated from the University of Toronto holding a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Mental Health Studies and is committed to fostering development and facilitating positive change through passion, kindness, and hard work. She strives to coordinate strategic domestic and international partnerships to further aid in developing programs to grow communities. In her professional and volunteer activities, Angela firmly believes in empowering those around her. She continues to advocate for the sexual and reproductive rights of women, those who identify as women and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Working closely with healthcare experts as a research assistant, she hopes to provide a renewed vision of healthcare education and legislation. Angela is currently an MEd candidate at Ontario Tech University and hopes to complete her studies by the summer of 2024.
She looks forward to connecting with those within her community.
