Women’s Health and Nutrition Basics 101

Are you looking to find a healthier food options or want to get some information on nutrition then this workshop is for you.

The goal of this seminar is to provide women with a good understanding of the general nutritional needs of women through their lifespan.

This will be followed by a description of the fundamental reasons for nutritional deficiencies in women and how to address them.

Summarized by simple lifestyle changes that any woman can incorporate to improve her sense of well being.

And for those who are interested, a FUN Four Week Nutritional Challenge will be presented, along with handouts and a few recipes.

Meet Agata

Agata Yeilding is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher YTT200. She is a mom and wife who discovered the amazing POWER of Holistic Nutrition while on her own healing journey. Before becoming a Nutritionist, Agata spent over 17 years working in a high stress field of industrial electrical engineering while raising a young family with her husband. It was in that high pressure environment where she discovered the unmatched efficacy of HOLISTIC WELLNESS practice such as yoga, deep breathing practices and Herbal Medicine.

Agata completed her Holistic Nutritionist Certification at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) in Mississauga Ontario where she also worked at the IHN student clinic. Agata has supported her community by offering LUNCH YOGA sessions at Bosch Canada and becoming the in-store nutritionist at Nature’s Emporium. She is currently working at her private practice in Oakville Ontario and supporting clients across the GTA area. She is most passionate about empowering others and showing them how to optimize their body’s natural healing processes.
