The second part of our You’re Worth It speaker series, aimed at empowering women to recognize their self-worth, will be discussing body image, differentiating between what’s healthy and what’s not, and understanding how our body image develops.
We’ll also be joined by a Craving Change® practicioner and registered dietician, who uses a non-judgmental and all-foods-fit approach with clients to create nutrition plans that are personalized, practical and culturally relevant.
