Peer support

Our free Dial-In Peer Support Service is operating at extended hours so we can be more available to you than ever before. Call us at 905-847-5520 to speak to one of our volunteers, who are trained to provide supportive listening to women facing challenges in their everyday life. This program is free, run by women, and open to all women.

Do you need a laptop? Drop by or send us an email to borrow one from our Technology Lending Library. We are loaning laptops to women in the Halton region to support their personal and professional development goals, and to make it easier for women to join our workshops!

Legal Clinic

Legal Clinic

Need help? We provide free 30-minute legal advice over the phone for issues pertaining to Family, Criminal, Immigration and Wills & Estate Law. You will be served by volunteer legal experts. They will not serve as your lawyer but can give you guidance on your next steps.

Social Care


We provide free mental health, abuse and trauma counselling to women. These appointments are currently happening over the phone, and each appointment can last up to one hour. All of these sessions are private and confidential. Speak to your counsellor if you have any questions.

Life Coaching

Life Skills Coaching

We offer one-on-one self-esteem coaching sessions with a certified life coach. We also partner with experts in self-improvement, online safety, and more to run free programs for our clients. Follow us on social media to stay updated.
